Description
The Secretary Desk with Hutch brings a compact writing station and display shelving together in one piece, suited to a home office corner, a bedroom nook, or a living room wall where a full desk and bookcase combo would feel too large. With two drawers for pens, stationery, and small files, plus a hutch unit with external shelving above, it keeps a writing surface clear while still offering a place to display books or keepsakes. The Classic White painted finish and curved, Victorian-inspired detailing let it read as a traditional French provincial piece rather than a purely functional desk.
Features
- Two drawers, each with an interior measuring 8.27 x 16.54 x 3.94 inches, for stationery and small desk supplies
- Hutch unit with 2 external shelves for books, frames, or storage boxes
- Three stacked shelf openings behind the hutch, measuring 39.37 x 9.84 x 9.84 in, 39.37 x 9.84 x 7.87 in, and 39.37 x 9.84 x 12.80 in top to bottom
- Kiln dried solid mahogany frame with mahogany and MDF construction
- Antique brass cup pull handles and hardware for a traditional look
- Tongue and groove back panel, Victorian mouldings, and trumpet legs for period detailing
- Hand-applied Classic White semi-gloss finish; slight finish variation is normal, not a defect
- Weight capacity of 132.28 lb for the writing surface
