Caring for LuxCraft Furniture
Poly lumber needs little more than an occasional wash. Hose off dust and pollen, scrub stubborn spots with mild soap, warm water and a soft brush, then rinse well. Skip harsh solvents and abrasive pads that can dull the surface. The Poly Brite Cleaning Kit bundles a 32 oz. spray cleaner, a scrub brush and scrubby pad, two microfiber cloths and a 2-gallon bucket, all formulated for HDPE furniture. Brush debris off Sunbrella cushions, let them dry fully after rain, and store them indoors in the off-season to keep them looking fresh. Check gliders and swivel chairs from time to time to make sure everything moves smoothly.
Cushions, Umbrellas and Accessories
LuxCraft Sunbrella cushions are sized to the furniture: there are cushions for 2' and 5' sofa and sectional sections and a 72" Café Bench Cushion that measures 72"W x 13"D x 2"H. The 15" and 19" throw pillows arrive fully assembled. The LuxCraft Umbrella pairs an aluminum Treasure Garden frame with a Sunbrella canopy, stands 8.5'H with a 9' diameter, and tilts with a push button; the 41" square and 6' picnic tables include an umbrella hole. Finish the space with Elite planters with removable liners, the Classic 15" Square Planter, a stationary cup holder for gliders and benches, or a matching trash can.
Shipping, Delivery and Returns
- Shipping cost: orders of $200 or more ship free; orders under $200 ship for $19.95 per order, to the contiguous United States.
- Parcel items: most pieces ship from LuxCraft in Ohio by FedEx in 3–10 business days, then take 3–5 business days in transit.
- Freight items: dining tables, bar and counter pieces and some rockers leave the manufacturer in 7–10 business days by freight truck and arrive in 2–3 weeks in total. Freight delivery is curbside, and you are responsible for unloading, so plan for two or more people.
- Returns: accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact us first for a Return Authorization number. You pay shipping both ways, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
- Damage: report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a part, repair or replace the item, or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
