The RADtec G15R is a 25" electric infrared patio heater (1500W/110V, 13.6Amp) built for homeowners heating a covered patio, porch, or garage bay. The RADtec G15R is a 25" electric infrared patio heater built for homeowners who need steady warmth in a small outdoor or semi-outdoor space without a bulky freestanding unit taking up floor space. At 1500W and 110V, it's sized to heat up to 40ft², making it a fit for covered porches, small patios, garage workstations, or other "hard to heat" areas where a wall or ceiling mount makes more sense than a standing heater parked in a walkway. Its slim 25 x 5 x 4 inch profile, 5 lb weight, and all-black finish let it sit out of the way above seating or a work area while still putting heat exactly where it's needed, whether that's over a patio table, a porch bench, or a garage bay.

RADtec quality

The G15R is part of RADtec's Genesis Series, a line of single-element heaters designed to maximize comfort and functionality in living spaces that need maximum heat coverage and style without a large footprint. Each unit ships with its remote control and mounting kit materials included, so there's nothing extra to track down before installing it. The heater is backed by RADtec's manufacturer warranty: 180 days for residential use and 90 days for commercial use. Warranty claims are handled directly by RADtec at info@radtec.net or 214-295-6889, not through a third party.

Delivery and installation

Orders for the G15R usually ship from RADtec within 1–3 business days, with an additional 3–5 business days in transit within the contiguous US. A tracking number is emailed once the order ships, so delivery can be followed from dispatch to arrival. Once it arrives, the heater can be installed as either a wall or ceiling mount using the included mounting kit materials, and the included remote control allows the heat setting to be adjusted after it's in place, without needing a ladder for day-to-day use.
