Product details
The Dorian Accent Chair is a velvet-upholstered accent chair with a contoured seat and curved base, sized at 31.50" L x 30.71" W/D x 27.56" H with a 17.5" seat height and an approximate 300 lb weight capacity. Sold as a single piece in Beige or Dark Taupe, it requires assembly and suits anyone wanting one statement seat for a living room, bedroom, or entryway.
The Dorian Accent Chair is suited to anyone looking for a single, sculptural seat that makes a statement rather than blending in. Its whimsical, curved silhouette and extra-large contoured seat create a comfortable place to settle in with a book or a cup of tea, while the soft velvet upholstery gives it an upscale, upholstered look. Because it's sold as a single piece, the Dorian works equally well as a standalone accent chair in a bedroom, living room, or entryway, or as an additional seat for conversation in a more formal living room. It belongs to the Dorian collection from Worldwide Homefurnishings and is offered in Beige or Dark Taupe velvet, so you can match it to the rest of your room's palette. The chair ships unassembled and is put together once it reaches your home.

Worldwide Homefurnishings quality
Worldwide Homefurnishings builds the Dorian chair around a curved base and a medium comfort polyester foam cushion, then finishes it in a soft, luxe velvet fabric that gives the piece its upscale, lived-in feel. The contoured seat and extra-large proportions are designed to hold up to an approximate weight capacity of 300 lbs, so the chair can serve as true everyday seating rather than a purely decorative piece. Manufactured in China and sold as a single piece, each Dorian chair is finished in either Beige or Dark Taupe velvet, letting you choose the shade that fits your room.
Delivery and installation
The Dorian Accent Chair ships to your door and requires assembly once it arrives; plan to set aside time to put the curved base and seat together before it's ready for use. At a net weight of 35.27 lb, the chair is light enough for one person to unpack, move into place, and assemble without extra help. Before it arrives, measure your space against its assembled footprint of 31.50" L x 30.71" W/D x 27.56" H, and check that the 17.5" seat height works with any nearby tables or seating you plan to pair it with.
